Is Keevo a BIP39 compliant wallet that supports 24 mnemonic words and the BSV network?

YES. Keevo is a BIP39 compliant wallet.

When a user sets up their Keevo wallet as a "new device" (the first option), the Keevo wallet will create a new and secret seed phrase and derive a private master key for the user. This key has never left the Keevo device and it is broken into 4 keywshares which are stored on the Keevo Wallet's secure MCU. The user's seed phrase has been revealed to anyone, including themselves. This seed phrase is created by a true Random Number Generator on the processor on the device and includes some additional entropy or randomness (random numbers, symbols, upper or lower case characters, etc.) that the user has entered. When the user connects the Keevo Wallet to their computer and logs in to their Keevo LINK downloadable application, they can tap on "Settings" on their device Dashboard and then on the "Seed Phrase" button in the menu. They will see the appropriate warnings on their computer screen and be asked to opt in and check the boxes that assure they have read warnings and agree to the risks. Then, they can authenticate themselvers using any three (3) of their four (4) factors -- their Keevo device (something they have), their password (something they know), their fingerprint (something unique to them) and/or their Carbon Key(TM) (somethint they can store. After they authenticate their Identity, we will then show them the twenty four (24) mnemonic word seed phrase in a specific, numbered order which the True Random Number generator has created (TRN). The user can then enter this seed phrase into any other Keevo or any other software or hardware wallet that supports BIP39 seedphrases and generate their private master key on that new wallet. Their crpto holdings are on the blockchain and can be accessed or transfered with their their private master on this new wallet.

You can also import a 12, 15, 18, 21 or 24 BIP39 compliant seed phrase from another wallet and set up your Keevo with that private master key. All a user has to do is plug in a new Keevo to their Keevo LINK downloadable application on their personal computer, select to set up their Keevo by entering in a seed phrase, select the number of Keywords in that seed phrase and then enter each of the words in their specific order. This seed phrase can be for a private master key that controls any crypto coin and taken that we support, incluing BSV and several hundreds of thousands of others. You can find a list of the crypto accounts we support here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19uBBqtn9Ajb2zKaJ5M3WwdDaXyFn8IUpkJeeHpmGp2s/edit#gid=0

That said, we do not recommend this. A user who enters a seed phrase from another wallet can NO guarantee that this key, their identity and the associate crypto assets owned by the private master key has not been compromised. Only setting up a Keevo as a "new device" (the first option) will create a new and secret seed phrase and derive a private master key that has never left the Keevo device and its secure MCU or been revealed to anyone. This seed phrase is created by a true Random Number Generator on the processor on the device and includes some user entropy or random characters that the user has entered. This way, we believe it is more secure than using seed phrase.
