What should I do if I see the message "Device Not Connected"?

If your Keevo shows "Device not connected" after you connect your Keevo wallet to your computer, please make sure you have completed the latest firmware update and are using a compatible OS system.

To perform a firmware update:

  • Open Keevo Link
  • Select "Help" from the address bar
  • Select "Manual Firmware Update"
  • Select your device
  • Confirm you would like to perform the update
